SALES POLICY

  • ALL FIREARMS SALES ARE FINAL. Firearms may not be returned or exchanged once they leave the store.
  • NEW FIREARMS are covered by a full factory warranty, in the event they are defective they will be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair. They will NOT be replaced by Buck’s Gun Rack.
  • USED FIREARMS are covered by a six-month warranty. Defective firearms will be repaired by our gunsmith.
  • ALL RETURNS of non-firearm merchandises must be accompanied by the original receipt and MUST be in the original packaging and be in new condition. Returns without a receipt will be given store credit only. NO returns or exchanges after 14 days. Archery may not be returned or canceled once set up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • SPECIAL ORDER merchandises may not be returned or exchanged. NO refunds or cancellations once ordered.
  • LAYAWAYS are for a maximum of 6 months. MONTHLY PAYMENTS REQUIRED. Layaways that are 60 days behind in payments will be cancelled with no refund or credit. There will be a fee of $25.00 to make a change to any layaway.
  • CANCELLED LAYAWAYS shall be charged a 10 % restocking fee of the total price of the merchandise before issuing a refund or credit. Cancelled layaways that are not current will NOT be refunded.
  • Non-approval and/or Cancellation of a Firearm Purchase: There will be a charge of 30.00 plus the $5.00 FDLE background check deducted from any refund made as a result of a Non-approval of the background check or the customer wishing to cancel the sale of a firearm for any reason. Refunds are paid by check or refunded to credit card.
